- If you wish to cancel your booking, please notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled travel date for a partial refund.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the travel date may not be eligible for a refund, as services may already have been processed.
Cancellation Fee:
- A cancellation fee of 10% to 30% of the total booking amount may be applied, depending on the booking type and proximity to the travel date.
2. Refund Process
Eligibility for Refund:
- If your booking is eligible for a refund, it will be processed within 7-10 business days after the cancellation request.
- The refund will be credited to the original payment method.
Refund Amount:
- The refund amount will depend on the cancellation date and any applicable service fees. If you cancel well in advance, you will receive a larger portion of your payment back.
- Some promotional bookings or offers may be non-refundable.
