Know Before You Go
- Participants must carry a valid government ID with them. Foreign nationals must share their passport and visa details.
- There might be some changes in the timing of the activity due to the real-time situation.
- Let's say weather conditions or other operational constraints lead to real-time trip alteration or cancellation. Package costs will not reflect the additional costs resulting from such uncontrollable changes.
- The pack will not cover any damage to the resort's property or any other damage and will be charged at actual rates.
- If, for any reason, the participant does not feel comfortable participating in the activity of their choice, they will not be eligible for a refund.
For Scuba Diving:

Who Can Participate:
- Children above the age of 12 can perform the activity.
- Non-swimmers can enjoy the activity.
- Pregnant women cannot partake in the activity.
- People who have conditions like asthma, high blood pressure, sinus, heart-related issues, or any other serious health issues at any time during their lives cannot partake in the activity.
When to Perform:
- Never perform the activity on a full stomach, so refrain from eating a heavy meal just before the activity.
- If you have had a heavy meal, wait at least 2 hours before performing the activity.
How the Activity Will Be Performed:
- The activity will include a fixed distance.
- The duration of the activity may differ depending on various factors.
- As the task is a group activity, there may be a reasonable waiting period depending on the group size.
- There will be a briefing and training session before the activity starts. These are critical, and therefore, participants should listen to them carefully.
- The whole experience takes an average of 20–25 minutes per person.
Difficulty in Completing the Activity:
- If a participant feels uncomfortable during the activity, the divemaster immediately removes them from the water. However, the divemaster may not provide a second opportunity in such a situation.
- Real-time cancellation of the activity may occur due to operational restraints caused by weather conditions or other factors, such as a rough sea. In this scenario, we will deduct the activity's corresponding amount from the total amount and then refund or transfer it to your wallet.
- Alcohol or any other intoxicating products are strictly prohibited on this trip. Anyone found guilty of consuming them will not be allowed to participate , and they will not be refunded for the number of activities they were not allowed to join.
Miscellaneous:
- Real-time situations affect water conditions, including clarity and cleanliness, making them unpredictable in advance. The divemaster, operating staff, and Goa Sathi will not be liable for unfavorable water conditions.
- For a fabulous experience, maintain a cordial and friendly environment throughout the activity.
- The pack will not cover any damage to the equipment, and actual charges will apply.
- We offer an eco-friendly experience for our participants, ensuring that we do not harm the natural balance of the underwater ecosystem. We ask participants to uphold the same standards.
For Dinner Cruise Party:
- The activity will follow a first-come, first-served policy. The boarding will stop 30 minutes before the sailing time, so it is advisable to be on time.
- Only one participant can board using a single boarding pass, which means a strict one-pass, one-person policy exists.
- The participants should keep their boarding pass until the end of the trip.
- Any outside food or beverage is strictly prohibited on the cruise, and any participant carrying it will be fined.
- Passengers are not allowed to carry any deadly weapons, including, but not limited to, knives, scissors, sharp instruments, tools, heavy baggage, firearms and ammunition, or toys or fake replicas of them, on the cruise.
- Passengers cannot carry any bags on the cruise except handbags, which will be thoroughly inspected before boarding.
- The activity is for couples, families, or groups. We will not allow a single person or a large group consisting solely of men.
- Any damage to the cruise's property or otherwise will not be covered by the pack and will be charged at actuals.

Once the payment is received, if the customer has to cancel his/her plans for any reason, no refund will be applicable. Hence, please confirm your plans thoroughly before making the booking.
