Cancellation Rules and Conditions Cancellation Policy
- Full Refund: Cancellations made 15 Days or more before the tour date will receive a 100% refund.
- Partial Refund: Cancellations made 15-7 Days before the tour date will receive a 50% refund.
- No Refund: Cancellations made less than 7 Days before the tour, or failure to show up on the day of the trip, will not be eligible for a refund.
- Tour Rescheduling: You may reschedule your tour once without any extra charge, if requested at least 24 hours before the trip.
- Weather & Safety: In rare cases of bad weather or unforeseen circumstances, if the trip is canceled by the operator, guests will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
