Cancellation & Refund Policy ? Cancellation Policy
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or WhatsApp. Cancellation charges will be applicable based on the number of days remaining before the departure date.
- More than 30 days before departure: 35% of the total package cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- 15 to 30 days before departure: 60% of the total package cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- 7 to 14 days before departure: 85% of the total package cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- Less than 7 days before departure or no-show: 100% of the total package cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–14 working days after confirmation of the cancellation. Any flight, train, bus tickets, hotel bookings, or third-party services booked under non-refundable policies will be charged as per the supplier's cancellation terms.

Goa Sathi reserves the right to amend the itinerary, accommodation, transportation, or tour schedule due to unforeseen circumstances, weather conditions, government regulations, or operational requirements without prior notice.
